Aleesha Young has established herself as the top female professional bodybuilder during the final quarter of the 2010s. Aleesha was born in 1984, comes from an athlete's family. Her father had a career in bodybuilding, while her siblings participated in various sports, including hockey and ice. Aleesha had played sports before like basketball, soccer, and softball. Aleesha obtained her professional license after taking home in the NPC USA Championships 2014. But she started competing in 2008. She also took part at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she finished 9th. She held on to a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and in 2016 at her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha, who has been steadily improving since then has won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won at the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020, the bodybuilder had her best WOS Rising Phoenix performance, in which she finished fourth. Despite this, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short absence from her sport because of health concerns.
